By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, registering interest in VFWC services, or otherwise engaging with VFWC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Veterans Future Wellness Center is a private, independent healthcare and care-coordination organization focused on supporting U.S. veterans residing outside the territorial United States.
VFWC may provide or coordinate services including, but not limited to:
Mental health and behavioral health services
Physical therapy and rehabilitation
Chronic pain management
Wellness and recovery services
Substance-use-related support
Primary or general medical services
Care coordination and case management
Healthcare navigation
Telehealth services, where legally and clinically appropriate
VA Foreign Medical Program (“VA FMP”) navigation and documentation support
Administrative assistance related to healthcare claims
Educational and wellness resources
Certain medical equipment, therapeutic products, or other products that may become available through an eCommerce offering
The availability of any particular service depends on applicable law, licensing requirements, provider availability, clinical appropriateness, operational readiness, payer requirements, and VFWC policies.
Veterans Future Wellness Center is not a government agency and is not owned, operated, endorsed, authorized, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”), the VA Foreign Medical Program (“FMP”), or any other agency or instrumentality of the United States government.
References to the VA, VA FMP, veterans’ benefits, or related programs on this website are provided for informational and administrative purposes only.
VFWC does not control VA eligibility determinations, benefit decisions, claim processing, reimbursement decisions, or payment timelines.
VFWC may assist eligible veterans with administrative aspects of the VA Foreign Medical Program, including document organization, claim preparation, submission support, follow-up, and related navigation services where authorized.
However:
VFWC does not determine whether a veteran qualifies for VA FMP.
VFWC does not determine whether a medical condition is service-connected.
VFWC does not determine whether a particular treatment, service, appointment, or product is reimbursable.
VFWC cannot guarantee VA approval of a claim.
VFWC cannot guarantee reimbursement.
VFWC cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved on its first submission.
VFWC cannot guarantee a specific reimbursement amount or processing time.
Any reimbursement remains subject to VA rules, eligibility requirements, documentation, medical necessity, applicable billing requirements, and the VA’s independent determination.
Any information provided by VFWC regarding potential VA FMP reimbursement is informational and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of coverage or payment.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when communicating with VFWC or requesting services.

Services obtained outside an approved treatment plan, without required authorization, or for conditions not covered under the applicable VA determination may not be reimbursable and may remain the individual’s financial responsibility.
VFWC may offer or coordinate telehealth services where permitted by applicable law, provider licensure, clinical appropriateness, technology availability, privacy requirements, and payer rules.
Telehealth availability may vary depending on your location.
You understand that telehealth has limitations, including possible technical interruptions, connectivity problems, limitations associated with remote assessment, and circumstances in which an in-person examination may be necessary.
VFWC may determine that an in-person evaluation or alternative form of care is more appropriate.
VFWC does not provide emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, serious injury, suicidal crisis, or other situation requiring immediate assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency medical service or proceed to the nearest emergency department.
Do not rely on this website, email, telephone messages, appointment requests, or VFWC administrative communications for emergency assistance.
VFWC is not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from a person’s failure to obtain appropriate emergency medical care.
Appointment availability is subject to provider availability, clinical appropriateness, location, licensing requirements, operational capacity, and applicable payer requirements.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that an appointment will be scheduled.
VFWC may reschedule, modify, or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary.
Clients are expected to attend scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice when they are unable to attend.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to provide required information may affect future scheduling or service availability.
VFWC may seek reimbursement from applicable third-party payers or programs, including the VA FMP, where appropriate.
However, reimbursement is never guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.
You may remain financially responsible for services, products, appointments, or other expenses that are:
Not covered by the applicable payer;
Not medically necessary;
Not related to an eligible service-connected condition;
Outside an approved treatment plan;
Obtained without required authorization;
Denied or partially reimbursed by the applicable payer;
Provided by a third-party provider;
Otherwise excluded under applicable rules or agreements.
Any specific pricing, payment, reimbursement, or financial arrangement may be governed by a separate written agreement or applicable VFWC policy.
If VFWC offers medical equipment, therapeutic products, wellness products, or other items through an online store, additional terms may apply to those purchases.
Product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, warranties, eligibility, and reimbursement guidance may be subject to separate policies.
The purchase of a product does not guarantee reimbursement by the VA, VA FMP, insurance provider, or any other third party.
Any reimbursement remains subject to the applicable payer’s independent determination.
VFWC may coordinate care with independent healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, therapists, suppliers, or other third-party organizations.
Third-party providers may have their own:
Terms and conditions;

Clinical policies;
Cancellation policies;
Fees;
Licensing requirements;
Payment requirements.
VFWC does not assume responsibility for services independently provided by third parties beyond the responsibilities expressly agreed to by VFWC.
