Veterans Future Wellness Center is a multidisciplinary clinic in Chonburi, Thailand, serving U.S. veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs Foreign Medical Program (VA FMP). The Center’s integrated model spans primary care, behavioral health, physical therapy, and medical massage, with on-staff VA-certified Veteran Service Representatives managing the entirety of the claims submission and compliance process.

Confidential, Secure Support in a Safe, Trustworthy Environment
The founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Veterans Future Wellness Center conducted a non-clinical pilot study with 125 individuals from the target client population. The study used self-reported information and payment verification to assess service demand and reimbursement feasibility. The results showed clear demand for services among service-connected disabled veterans who hold long-term visas and live within 75 kilometers of the Chonburi, Thailand service area. The pilot also confirmed the feasibility of third-party insurance claim reimbursement through the VA Foreign Medical Program (FMP). The next phase will compare this model with a physician-led, coordinated care approach using qualified private providers in Thailand. This approach will use individualized treatment plans to improve quality of life and daily functioning for veteran clients.
Every veteran we serve receives a 90-day Individualized Medical Treatment Plan — built by a physician-led team around their specific service-connected conditions, coordinating physical therapy, mental health counseling, aquatic rehabilitation, and chronic pain management into one sequenced program.

As the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Veterans Future Wellness Center, Timothy combines healthcare expertise, military leadership, technology strategy, and program management to develop innovative solutions supporting veteran and community wellness.
With extensive experience managing complex federal and state healthcare programs, Timothy specializes in healthcare IT systems, compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, strategic planning, and operational improvement. His ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver large-scale initiatives has supported improvements in healthcare delivery, technology infrastructure, and organizational performance.
