The Veterans Future Wellness Center provides comprehensive primary healthcare management through individualized medical treatment planning. Each veteran begins with a detailed review of their medical history, current health needs, and a general medical evaluation to identify the best path forward. When necessary, specialty assessments are included to create a complete understanding of the veteran’s condition.

Based on these findings, VFWC develops a focused 90-day treatment plan centered around VA-assessed and medically necessary conditions that impact a veteran’s daily quality of life. Veterans are then connected with qualified providers through a coordinated network offering services such as mental health support, chronic pain management, physical therapy, medical massage, substance abuse prevention, and outpatient medical care.
