Timothy Ray Hardison is an accomplished healthcare IT transformation executive, cybersecurity professional, and military veteran with extensive experience leading healthcare technology programs, government initiatives, and organizational modernization efforts.

As the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Veterans Future Wellness Center, Timothy provides strategic leadership focused on improving veteran healthcare access, wellness initiatives, and technology-driven healthcare solutions. His vision combines healthcare innovation, operational excellence, and veteran-centered services to create meaningful community impact.

Timothy has held senior leadership roles across the U.S. Department of Defense, federal agencies, and healthcare organizations, managing complex technology programs, cybersecurity initiatives, and healthcare modernization efforts. His experience includes leading enterprise IT portfolios, developing strategic roadmaps, managing multimillion-dollar programs, and improving organizational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

During his service with the U.S. Army and Department of Defense, Timothy served in various leadership roles including Chief, Strategic Effects Division; Strategic Planner / Deputy Director of Future Operations; Chief of Initiatives and Integration Branch; and Military Advisor & Change Management Consultant. In these roles, he led strategic planning, cybersecurity efforts, operational transformation, performance management, and large-scale technology initiatives supporting national security programs.

Timothy has also supported healthcare and Medicaid programs through roles with the South Carolina Department of Mental Retardation, Family Resources Inc., and South Carolina Department of Social Services, where he managed healthcare services, quality assurance programs, regulatory compliance, and medical case management operations.

His expertise extends across cybersecurity, healthcare information systems, compliance frameworks, business continuity planning, vendor management, and executive-level reporting. He has successfully implemented performance dashboards, risk management strategies, and technology solutions aligned with federal standards including HIPAA, CMS, FISMA, NIST, and CMMC.

Timothy holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of West Florida, a Master of Arts in Special Education from Appalachian State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Appalachian State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds additional certifications in data science, business administration, and systems acquisition management.
