In these roles, he led strategic planning, cybersecurity efforts, operational transformation, performance management, and large-scale technology initiatives supporting national security programs.

Timothy has also supported healthcare and Medicaid programs through roles with the South Carolina Department of Mental Retardation, Family Resources Inc., and South Carolina Department of Social Services, where he managed healthcare services, quality assurance programs, regulatory compliance, and medical case management operations.

His expertise extends across cybersecurity, healthcare information systems, compliance frameworks, business continuity planning, vendor management, and executive-level reporting.
