With more than two decades of experience across leading healthcare organizations, Dr. Surasak has successfully managed hospital operations, developed healthcare networks, improved medical service delivery, and supported healthcare innovation.

He has held senior leadership positions including hospital director, network operation director, business development doctor, and medical claims advisor, contributing to the growth and efficiency of healthcare organizations.

He currently serves as a VP – Medical Claims Advisor at KrungThai-AXA Life Insurance PLC while also contributing as a Healthcare Consultant at Veterans First Healthcare Clinic Company, Ltd., where he provides medical expertise and strategic guidance to support healthcare service development and patient-focused solutions.
Previously, Dr. Surasak served as VP – Health Claim Operation Doctor at KrungThai-AXA Life Insurance PLC, managing medical claim operations and supporting healthcare assessment processes. His leadership experience includes serving as Network Operation Director at Bumrungrad International Hospital PLC, where he managed healthcare network operations and supported organizational growth.
During his tenure with Principal Capital PLC and Principal Healthcare Co., Ltd., Dr. Surasak held multiple executive roles including Business Development Doctor, Hospital Director, and Deputy Hospital Director, focusing on healthcare strategy, hospital management, operational improvement, and business development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Medical Research Unit at the Institute of Medical Research and Technology Assessment, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health, contributing to medical research and healthcare improvement projects. He also gained valuable hospital administration experience as Mobile Checkup Director at BDMS/SMV/BNH and as Hospital Director at Phi Phi Islands Hospital, Krabi Province.
Dr. Surasak holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Thammasat University and a Master of Public Health from Chulalongkorn University. His combination of medical expertise, executive leadership, and healthcare strategy makes him a valuable contributor to modern healthcare development.
